HI, my wife has completed 3 years stay in Canada as permanent resident, and she has completed 8 months post-graduate certificate in Bussiness management from Centennial college in Canada, and in addition hold 4 years Bachelor in Pharmacy and 2 years Masters in Pharmacy from INDIA. Does she need to appear for CELPIP or IELTS general language test / submit scores while applying for Canada citizenship ? or She can just submit her 8 months certificate in Bussiness management as language proof?

Have you completed a secondary or post-secondary program, in French or in English, in Canada or abroad?
If you have, send a copy of proof that you completed a program with your citizenship application. Proof can be your:
diploma
transcript
certificate
Your proof must be:
from a completed secondary or post-secondary program in English or French
a single course done in English or French doesn’t meet the requirement
Looks like this thread is relevant again with people worrying about the spike in applicants and possible processing delays which might go back to pre-C24 levels!
