Am i going to call mpnp and tell the whole story to them before i apply my pr? I didnt want to lie on my application for PR, please help me
Hello who is the first one registered with NSO? I am asking this because under Philippine law the succeeding and subsequent marriage is already null and void or ab initio

As far as I know if you not include him on your pr application and you're already married to him, you'll need be able to sponsor him in the near future of you still want it.

He is not your husband, as your marriage was not valid since he was still married to someone else.
If you've lived with him for 12 months though, then you are officially common-law so in that case you must include him on your own PR application as common-law partner. In this case it doesn't matter if he was married previously.
