BF file to BCW??? What does this mean?

I rec'd my caips notes and found this comment.....BF FILE TO: BCW 30-10-2010. I think this is the department that does the checks for war crimes. Can anyone explain further what it means? How long do these checks last?

BCW is likely the initials of the IO. The Bring Forward date of Oct 30, 2010 is when your file was next to be reviewed.

How long did it take to get your caips notes? I'm thinking of ordering ours.

Ordered them on Sep 27 and rec'd them today. almost 6 weeks all together
