Best way to send passports and documents from Egypt to London office

I have applied through London office and the processing is taking place there since 2007, now I have returned back to Egypt and I want to know please the best way (safe, cheap and fast) to send passports and documents from Egypt to London office when required.

I think it's not allowed to send the passports abroad , try to check with the embassy in egypt if they can send it to CHC london through internal mail
