So I'm getting my fingerprints done at a local police department where I live (in Canada) tomorrow and I will include the credit card form to pay the $18 USD fee, but will that work since it's a Canadian credit card? I assume it should, but I'm not sure. And I don't think I can do a money order/check anyway since it would be from Canada.
I'm also not sure if I should include my old social security number (used to be a US permanent resident but gave up my green card in March 2016).
Any help is appreciated!

Yes, your Canadian credit card will work, but you might want to check - some of my Canadian cards charge a surcharge (e.g. 3%) on out-of-Canada purchases, some to not.
Yes, provide your old SSN.
