Hello,
I want to share information to get PR in the easiest way.
Almost 70 percent students don't know about immigration process.
There are many catageories through which we can get PR.
But this time, easy way to get it is through Saskatchwan catageory for international student.
When i came here, even I did not knew this law.
If you graduate from one year course from any institute in Canada and do work in saskatchwan for six month in any fiels, you can get PR.
Here is the whole thing......
To qualify under the Post-Graduation Work Permit Stream, an applicant must:
Have graduated from a program of at least one academic year of full-time study in Canada and received a certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized Canada post secondary educational institution;
Have worked for a Saskatchewan employer for a minimum of six months (eligible types of work experience in Saskatchewan include on-campus, off-campus, co-op terms, graduate fellowships that can be verified by the institution, and work experience gained on a post-graduate work permit);
Have applied for and received a post-graduation work permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC); and
Have a current permanent full-time job offer from their employer.
Almost all Provinces have similar kind of PR (PNP) Programs. In Ontario, 1 Year PG Full Time studies AT LEAST PLUS a degree that was require to get admission in PG (can be obtained abroad) and a FULL TIME JOB OFFER will give u PNP!
PG = Post Graduate
a degree = Bachelors Minimum

No brother, Almost every other province require minimum of one year work.
For one year work permit u have to graduate from more than one year studies.
so it takes bit long time than other province.
I hope you get it.

Nope you are wrong. In Ontario, it is not as easy as it is in Saskatchewan. In Ontario the job offer must be NOC O A or B and for a recent foreign graduate it is hard to find a job that is in these NOC codes..A full time job offer is not just enough it must be skilled and under these NOC codes. In Saskatchewan, the job doesnt need to skilled and it can be in any NOC code and the timeframe to be eligible for a nomination is only 6 months. In Ontario there are alotta paperwork which are required from the side of employer to filled out, and fortunately that is not the case in Saskatchewan.
International student in Canada for one year with good immigration law knowledge and a hopeful Saskatchewan Immigrant.
m coming to manitoba..do you think that manitoba has the same law like saskatchewan ?
shahzad are you in saskatchewan ? and please gimme your e-mail

Lol if you dont believe me than look for yourself on http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/sinp I dont think there is any catch at all, that is why there are thousands of students running to saskatchewan leaving provinces like Ontario and BC. The only thing is that you need a job offer which is permanent and full time. I dont know about the job market there, I dont live in Saskatchewan yet. Somebody told that regina is better than saskatoon in terms of job but lets see..
