What visa option is best for me (and the likelihood of being accepted)?
I have 13 years of enterprise sales experience and 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams. I will be looking for a sales leadership role in Toronto. I also don’t have a degree (if that’s a requirement).
Is this role in demand? I noticed the criteria mentioning you have to prove a Canadian couldn’t do the job - does my experience go in my favour?

I'm not sure I understand the question about what visa option is best for you.
You need a work permit if you want to be able to work in Canada temporarily. To qualify for a work permit, you first need to secure a job offer in Canada and your employer in Canada needs to secure an approved LMIA.
So the steps you need to follow are: (1) you secure a job offer in Canada; (2) your employer applies for and obtains an approved LMIA; (3) you apply for a work permit.
A degree is not a requirement but generally you are at a disadvantage without one. Sales roles aren't really in demand. However this doesn't automatically mean you won't be able to secure a job offer. You can certainly still try and you may get lucky.
