I am about to get paid in USD from my US employer , which business account would be the best to get the best conversion rates.
What I understood is that I would get paid in USD in my US Dollar account in Canada.
But the amount on which I plan to run my payroll , I would need to move it to the CAD account thus the need of converting USD to CAD by the Canadian financial institution where I will be holding my account.
