With spousal visa taking average of 1 to 2 year of time to process and single applicants scoring better than married couple (even with spouse's skills included) What is the best time to get married so one can keep best CRS score and take minimum time to get spouse in Canada.
Possible choices.
1. Before ITA (Not an option)
2. After ITA but before issuance of PR
3. After issuance of PR but before landing
Assuming PR processing time is 6 months. What is the best time to get married?
Get married after submitting your eAPR so that your points do not get recalculated.
And if I raise a CSE within the 6 months to add my spouse will it take more time to process my application or just the same?

Yes. Your spouse will have to get medicals done and submit their info for background/admissibility checks

Yes. Your spouse's application will be starting from the beginning, so of course it will take more time. But
usually only about 2-3 months.
