Best PNP pathway in Canada

I have masters from India, 2 years study in Canada, 3 years user support technician experience in Canada (my employer doesn't support any PR program) and 7,7,8,8 IELTS score but due to my age factor my CRS score is 468 under CEC program and currently I’m living in Ontario. I’m so worried about my PR.

Please suggest me any best way to get PR. Any help would be appreciated.

I want to know for Nova Scotia skilled worker PNP stream do I need any other supportive documentation from the employer other than job offer?

Have you looked at the Non-EE PNPs of Ontario? I got my PR from the job offer stream (international student). Is your current employer not supporting your PR application?

Unfortunately, my employer doesn't support. They neither fill Employer form nor providing PR supportive LMIA. Please help me, If you know any employer who can help me in PNP. I would really appreciate it. I'm so worried my work permit is going to expire in Oct 2024
