Best mailing options for passports to VO:New Delhi

Hi All,

What would be the best and secured courier sevice/method to use to send passports to VO: New Delhi? I understand that VFS.GLOBAL doesn't provide its service to family class applications. Can I also provide self address return envelope along with the package to have this VO return the passports to my parents? The documents are to be sent from Nepal.
