best college for business studies

hi all

plz tell me which is the best college(in ontario) for doing diploma in business studies(preferably marketing related diploma)?
secondly wht is the difference between certificate courses nd diploma courses?

I think seneca college is much better than other colleges.,bcs its in the shadow of YORK uni.
and on research on forum and other websites it seems that centennial,humber, etc have pretty bad reputation so try to avoid them.
ADVICE: If you are from Pakistan then try for university,It will be much easier to get visa based on uni offer letter.
