Hi guys, I'm a newcomer to Canada, currently on mandatory quarantine.
A couple of questions:
1. Which in the best bank to open an account?
2. Best telephone provider? With the best data platform? Is it better a prepaid number or not? Should I keep my own mobile cellphone or purchase a new one with the new SIM?

1) If you maintain little amount of money in the bank account, in the long run, best to get an online bank account (such as Simpllii, Tangerine) which would not charge monthly fee.

Thank I would go with Tangerine at the beginning, make sure you look well as many banks as promotions where they offer $300 when you open a bank account.
For the phone plan, look for a minor carrier, like public mobile, virgin, etc cheers
