hey guys, i have a question regarding the test. As the election is in process, i'm wondering how up-to-date the test will be. For example, if there is a question about the city mayor, do i select the newly elected one, or the old one?

Yes, the above mentioned are the best tools to prepare for the test, especially the http://www.apnatoronto.com. All you need about 4 hours of practice to clear the test.
