Hello everyone I am looking for study in Canada either foundation or transfer program. is it possible for me to get admission in any college or university??

It will be difficult to prove you are a genuine / serious student with marks that low. I would recommend you complete further studies in your home country and achieve a much higher score before attempting to apply for a study permit to Canada.
