Beijing Visa office timeline for Parents Immigration

Hi all,

My parents' PR application was just transferred to Beijing office, after my sponsorship is approved. I am looking for the information about (in average) how long it will take from now to medical exam. From CIC website, it says 56 months though, and I am wondering would it really take that long.
