Hello, I'm in a bit of a dilemma and could use your advice,
my previous PR was refused because i forgot a document.
Now for my second application, I received ADR IMM5669(Schedule A)

(d) been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country? I answered YES.
and I'm stuck at question (e) been refused admission to or ordered to leave canada or any other country.
so should I tick yes or no for this one ?
