Hi,

If someone has received a BCPNP nomination under a NOC, can the primary NOC in Express Entry differs? This person does not have at least one year of work experience under the nominated NOC. I don't find any information about "the primary noc and bcpnp noc has to remain the same". Can anyone shed some lights?
