A quick question, hoping someone has an answer.
I have a skilled BCPNP application in (In Process, Non-Express).
I took this route as I was unable to open an Express Entry profile via CIC.
It is now possible for me to open an EE Profile via CIC.
Am I able to transfer(?) my pending nomination to the Express Entry stream?
