Hi !
i'm working in BC now for more than a year (close work permit) my NOC is B, and i want to apply under the EEBC program or BC-PNP skills immigration.
my question is :
still i need an indeterminate job offer from another employer in BC even i'm currently working in BC with a valid work permit to apply ?
and if i apply under EEBC skillled worker, must i have a post-secondary education ?
