One of my known runs his own grocery business. Can he invite me their with the position of software engineer. The case is, he want to automate his business, building web site etc.
Will he need LIMA for that.

I am an IT professional with NOC code 2282/ 2281 working for state government in Australia. I am over 30 and not eligible for IEC experience. any idea how can i get a job in IT over there as i have an extensive experience of around 5 years
Even though for B.C. Tech stream it's not easy to get a job. I am an SCCM consultant. Any kind of reply will be much appreciated.
