Hi all,

I've just done my master in UBC and I will be starting my PhD soon. Now I want to apply for the BC PNP for international graduates, can I use the RA offer as a valid job offer?? if so the RA total value is little less than the $20,373 limit they have on their website to be economically stable ( however I planning to get a TA later as well) so as a UBC graduate will the RA offer considered sufficient??? given I cannot apply to the pilot program.
