I've seen a lot of threads from big bank employees having some difficulty to secure documents required for BC PNP such as the Employer Declaration Form, Certificate of Incorporation, and Municipal Business License. I'm in a similar situation. I work for TD Bank and have a full-time indeterminate offer. Company does not support PNP and can only provide immigration support by issuing a standard employment verification letter.
Has anyone in a similar situation been successfully nominated? I'm a bit disheartened and seriously considering looking for another job that can support my PNP application.

Short answer is that none of the big banks will provide the forms required and BC won't nominate you withouth them. Your options are to apply for PR through an immigration stream that doesn't require these special documents (e.g. CEC) or to look for another employer if you want to stick with BC PNP.
