BC PNP while on Closed work permit(ICT)

Hi all,
I moved to Vancouver BC last month on a Intra Company Transfer Visa (ICT,closed work permit). My work permit is valid for 3 years. I was reading about BC PNP Tech program and i have few questions.
1. Can i apply for BC PNP Tech while on ICT visa?
2. Should i wait until i get my 1 year canadian work experience before applying for PR?
3. What kind of document would i need from my employer to show the work offer? Or the work permit document is enough?

Has your employer confirmed they are willing to register for the program? That's the first step.

Hey, Iam in the same boat as you are. What have you learned about this so far? Were u able to submit for BC PNP draw with the same job offer you used for the ICT Work Permit?
