BC PNP Waiting for decision-apply for WP LMIA-exemption

Hi!
I have a few question around my PNP application.
Backround:
-I'm currently working under IEC WH but my Visa run over soon
-I applied for BC PNP and already sent them all required documents month ago-still waiting for decision
-I'm going to apply for employer-specific WP(LMIA-exemption under T13) with my current employer
-My employer already registered on Employer Portal and filled out forms
-After I will get my Certificate of Nomination I plan to do flagpool or send missing certificate to cic.

Question #1: I'm not sure how should I fill out this : "application to change conditions extend my stay or remain in canada" especially question if I already got certificate. Pretty sure that answer is "NOT" but just need to confirm.

Question #2: My employer registered on cic and he's filling out Job Offer form and we cannot find T13 or R207 LMIA-exemption. Any advise why we cannot see it?
