BC PNP Tech pilot queries

Good evening

I wanted to ask you all if a permanent remote job offer from a BC employer is valid to apply for BC Tech pilot draw. The company has an office based in British Columbia but I am here in Ontario and it is fully remote role, so do I qualify to apply in this stream?

Any inputs would be appreciated.
