Hello Team,

I have job from the company based in Quebec. They hired me for clients at British Columbia. I live in BC with open work permit and note that company does not have any office in BC.
Will I be eligible to eligible to apply for BC pnp nomination special tech program?

Thank you in advance and appreciate your response.

See full employer requirements In the link. PNP programs are for provincial employers to fill labour gaps in the province.

Your employer must be established, and have a physical presence, in B.C. For the purposes of the BC PNP, this means that your employer has an ongoing fixed place of business in B.C., such as an office, where employees can physically report to work on a regular basis.

6.3 Business Structure
Your employer must have one of the following business structures:
• incorporated in B.C. or extra-provincially registered or
• registered as a general, limited or limited liability partnership in B.C. or
• an eligible public sector or non-profit employer in B.C.
