BC PNP Query

Hi Fellas,

I am bit confused about BC PNP program.
Well I have 435 point thru Express entry. However would be interested to apply thru PNP as well.
Can some one tell me as a skilled worker category, is it mandatory to have job offer to apply to BC PNP?

BC i think requires you either a family, experience of work there, studying there before or job offer to get PNP.

There are some other PNPs which you can go for w/o job offer or a connection.
