Too late to restore your status now . You are out of status. You should leave ASAP and apply visitor visa from outside Canada. Invitation of Bc PNP won’t help in this case.
Unless something has recently changed, TRPs are taking around two years to process. So this won't solve the problem and your PR application will still be impacted.
