BC PNP International Post-Graduate stream closed?

I checked the latest BC PNP Skills Immigration Program Guide and found that both International Graduate and International Post-Graduate streams are shown to be closed for new applications. Is this a temporary close and new stream criteria will come out later?

There are 3 new programs and one for PhD. No official announcement but check the website.
