BC PNP International Graduate

Hello guys,

I am planning to apply for BC PNP International Graduate with a full-time job offer stating 40 hours of a week, and if I sometimes get to work less than 40 hours (36~38 hours) a week while on my PR process, would it be a problem?

Plus, is it okay to go for a vacation for about a month while on PR process? (as a non-paid)

My husband is on PGWP and have 1 year of work experience in Canada in NOC B.So we are have created a Express entry profile under Candian Experience Class (CEC) category.
Can he apply for BC PNP with a job offer dated August 2021(Job he is currently doing) or should it be recent??
Please help
