Bc pnp experience question

My brother is working as a fast food supervisor from 12 months in BC. He is offered assistant manager position which is great to increase his points for EEBC.
my questions are:
1. Does the 1 year supervisor experience still counts as directly related if he apply with job offer as assistant manager?
2. Assistant manager job offer can be for 40 hours a week and about $25 hourly wage, this will increase the points, however, his supervisor position the hours were 30-35 and wage was $16. Will this be fine?
