Bc Pnp enquiry

Hi All,

We are in BC, I am on study permit and my husband in on spouse open work permit, he has got a permanent job in an international bank here and its validity is untill the expiry of work permit which is in Mar 2022. I want to ask if we can apply for bc pnp? Or is he eligible to apply

Its not valid until the expiry, its conditional upon having a work permit or pr, if he obtain anything employment will be extended.
