BC Job Offer

Hi,
I got a job offer from BC employer, But the problem is the company is small and only 2 full time employees, there is a possible that i will denied when Applying a PNP, even we submmited a complete requirements required including all the requirements if the company have not meet minimum 5 permanent employees. Any one here who passed PNP nomination, even the company have less than 5 full time employees?
