Hi, can someone briefly explain the steps as i am really confused with the whole process. I am having a job offer from BC, waiting for my license to practice my profession to be finalized so we can start the work permit process. I don't have EE profile open. I would like to apply for BC PNP at the same time, is that possible? Or do I have to go to Canada, start working and then apply for PNP? Do I have to create EE profile for that? Thank you
