BC Express Entry: International Graduate

Hello,

My question is for BC EE International Graduate it says:

"International graduates who have graduated from a Canadian university or college within the past two years may be eligible to apply under the International Graduates category" -

Does this mean in the past 2 years? For example I graduated in 2013 of December, 2015 December is 2 years, which means I am not eligible right? (or am I?)

No you won't be eligible. You would be if you applied before December 2015. Now it's May 2016.
