send notarized (done by a local notary public) photocopy of ur documents by either dhl or fedex to their international mailing address.
Do not wait for further.
Once they receive your documents, they will update ur info on your file online which you can check out later by putting your user id and password. That's how you will be knowing about your application status.
It is also a good idea to write down an application number on a separate paper with all your personal details such as full name, dob, email adress, phone number etc and attach it along with other documents and send them by a courier.

The thing is they didnt give me any application number . So if i post them my documents then how they will know that im the one who applied online. ???? That thing is making me worried.
In three or four days you will receive another email from them telling you the application number.
They can still pull up your data with your mailing address, date of birth, full name etc
These are the details which are also mentioned on your transcripts/certificates.
(when you courier your docs, you are going to write sender's details on the envelope as well..such your full name, mailing address , phone number etc)
if you have filled your application form online, you must have created a user id and password , pls login in with it and you would have noticed that there was an application no generated when you clicked on it you could access to your personal details.
please login in again and see if you can access to your application number
