The sponsor gets 1 sheet of barcodes with signature spot printed on same page. We will attach that.
For the sponsored person / principal applicant, there are 2 sheets that came out for barcodes with the signature spot on the second page. Is that normal? And do we staple those 2 sheets and sign at the second sheet only?
I'm about to send in my application package but am wondering the same thing...
For the application to sponsor form, I have 1 page of barcodes which makes it easy and a no brainer to put on top of my application package but for my wife's generic application form for Canada, we have 1 page and a third of barcodes....are both of these pages to be attached as well? as the second page contains her signature. and if so, do I print another copy of them for my form inside of the application?
im planning to print several copies of the barcode and cut into pieces; and every additional papers ( proof of relationship, envelopes of picture, further explanations on the application) i'm going to paste one barcode.
is it a wise thing to do? just in case some papers are lost.

uh, i am not sure that's a very wise thing to do. is that part of the instructions? i don't remember reading about printing several copies of the barcode and pasting it on every other paper. u are just supposed to print it as it is and sign at the end of the page.
I just put all of the barcodes on top of the application, including the one that's at the top of the generic application for the applicant. I figure they can put it back into place if they want to.
