Dear forum members,
In my spousal sponsorship application I have 1 bar code page for sponsor generic application (me, sponsor) and 2 bar code pages for immigration generic application (my wife, person to be sponsored). In both applications they have instructed to place the bar code page on the top of the application (forms and supporting documents). Now my question is that after my cover letter should I place these 3 pages on top then sponsor forms (including generic application form) and then after that immigration forms (including generic application form)? Or should I place these pages on the top of their respective applications i.e. sponsor generic application form and immigration generic application form?
I would say on top of their respective applications. We had two envelopes, one for the sponsorship forms and one for the permanent resident forms. We placed the barcodes on top of each set of forms.
alcal2014 , thanks for the reply...you had 2 envelopes....plz suggest me in which envelopr you put the common supporting documents like marriage snaps, phone call details etc..
Agreed. Bar codes on top of everything so it is the first thing the visa officer sees when it is opened. This way they scan it immediately, and you are then in the system.

Sorry for the delay in responding! We actually had a 3rd envelope for "Proof of Relationship". So things like photos, our relationship timeline, copies of lease agreements, text messages, etc.. went in there. The envelopes were about 21cm x 28cm roughly. Hope this helps!
I have concern about the standard size of envelopes that I need to submit to CPC, I have bunch of paper and it doesn't fit to the envelopes. Do you think the CPC wont mind if I used the bigger size.
