I am working with a nationalised bank in India for 6 years. I am planning to move to Canada. Will I be able to find jobs in banking or financial sector.
 
Yes you can, If you have any professional designation that would add more to your resume.

Honestly just because you have an experience doesn't grantee a job, but education, attitude and networking plays equal important role.
