Hi all,
I visited my bank here in UAE. With all the requirements of CIC, but they can't issue me a such letter. The only letters I can get are as follow: 1. Balance confirmation with my balance, account opening date and account numbers.
2. Bank statements signed and stamped
3. They can issue me a liability letter but it is going to take weeks and I don't have enough time. They aren't even going to put a stamp on the credit card Statements.
So my question is that even if I get 1 and 2 above, what about my credit card balances as they will not sign and stamp on the statements. How do I disclose my liabilties without there being any sign or stamps on the credit card statements?

Thank you so much. But as per the cic website I so need to declare my liabilities as well and payments to my credit card are visible on my bank statements so its obvious that I have credit card.
How should I go about with my credit card? How should I declare it?

That's a big relief. Do I need to explain anything in my LOE for this? That why I couldn't provide liability details or why I couldn't provide the letter as per CIC requirements?

That is great. You really do have amazing knowledge. Okay just an update, if somehow I am able to obtain signed and stamped credit card statements, should I include them? Because I've spoken to another agent and she says it might be possible to sign and stamp last 3 credit card statements.

If you are concerned about the liabiltiies you can include a copy of your most recent credit card statement with the bank account statements as well. It wouldnt hurt to add a brief letter of explanation regarding the bank's position hence why those documents are being provided in place of the letter they asked for. You have nothing to worry about this issue is more common than you think. My bank would only give a three month history instead of 6. I didnt even explain it I just sent what I got. Got PPR.

Just one more quick question , would a simple explanation such as "my bank has advised they are not able to give me all such information on a single letter therefore I am attaching bank statements, balance certificates and credit card statements as part of my proof of funds" be ebighy?
