I already done my Medicals on Feb. 2014 & New line came just 2 weeks later (We already received your Medicals)

Now the problem is with my Banks Statements ,
I provided 6 Months statements from my account but as The Bank that my account was there changed all customer Account Numbers from 14 digit to 10 digit , In my statements it seems that I provide two different accounts but they are Just One but half of statements with previous Account Number (14 digit) & the rest with new account No (10 digit) but really they are just ONE.

How I have to clarify to my Visa Office as they asked me to provide Bank Statement from One account not two :(

Dear Sir

Get fresh bank statement from your bank , signed by them in current date , and get letter from your branch manager addressed to Visa Office , explaining change in numbering scheme of account numbers.

Forward all this with your covering letter to your VO , they will contact your bank directly , and will relieve you
