I am applying Canada's Study permit so I am showing my brother's bank statement who is in UK. Only thing I am worried about that amount in my brother's bank account is not consistent. He transferred the funds from his saving accounts couple of weeks ago. Now his statement shows around $25000 CAD. My question is that do I need to show the bank statement full of $25000 for at least 4 months and than apply OR I can apply now as I have enough funds to fulfil the requirement.

As far as i have seen n heard is the consulate will see that the amount is in your name or not because they dont rely to give you a visa seeing your brother bank statement so why not your brother transfer it to your account to avoid undue tension. Hope and pray the rest is upon God's Will.
The problem is that transferring $25000 in Pakistani account is not simple in one go. you can't transfer large amount of money through "HUUNDI" in one go. My approval letter is going to expire on 18th Nov and my start date of session is 9th Jan. I need to apply ASAP.
it's better to revise your Letter of Acceptance if your applying for Pakistan.
As CHC ISB took 10 weeks to review your case which means your LOA will be expire during the process and they will send back your documents saying that your LOA is expired during the process ....
and you can go with your brother bank statement as well just get the AFFIDAVIT from him

What if I pay the fee of first semester which is $6000 and attach the receipt with it, which than can give visa officer surety that I will join the semester. My LOA which will expire by that time anyway but it will stop visa officer to send back my application .. Does it make sense?
