hey, i am being sponsored by my parents and their current bank statement is good much, but my question is that the latest statement my father got from his bank is of last 1 year and in early and mid of last year their bank statement had dropped to some 2 or 3 hundred thousands but from last 4 months its in good millions thnx God. So should i use that bank statement spanning over 1 year to March 2014.? or just get another statement from bank of 6 months old age. ??/ Please reply....
It Depends upon the Bank i rather say because you need to show you have sufficient amount for expenditure in canada while you study there..!
And the funds should be in the sponsors account for a minimum of 28 days. So i think 4 months would be more than enough..!

thnx for the reply.. more replies needed guys... hurry up plz
I think you should go with what the instructions say. If they are asking for a statement for the last 6 months then you should provide that. They just want to see that you have a balance and recurring deposits that can meet your tuition + living expenses in Canada. No need to provide one for 12 months unless you get a huge deposit annually that will help support the financial aspect of your visa application.

Just get the statement of last 4 months from where the balance was again in its strength. I did the same.
