Bank statement 125000$

I have applied to ICM Manitoba and my total cost of 1 year in 15800 tution fee +15000 living expense = 30800$. I have bank statement around 125000$ Canadian dollars but definetly there would be changes in amount like withdrawing 3000 sometimes and maybe sometimes 2000 maybe some times 10000$ but the account money was never reduced below 90K Canadian dollars is my bank account maintained what does maintaining mean . Untill there is no money reduced below 30800$ in account its fine right. I am from Pakistan
