I got the TD canada trust bank draft which has mentioned payee name as 'RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA' and not '
THE RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA'
Will missing this
THE create any problem?

Should I send as it is or go to bank and get new/corrected one?

Your draft should be fine the way it is. Missing "The" is not a big issue.
Cheers!
Thanks All.
I was checking the source where I got the payee name without THE and I found it
