Bank accounts

Hello

I am applying alone for express entry, without including my spouse. However all our bank accounts are joint, and we receive salaries to a common account.

I have the following questions:

1. If I am invited to apply, how many months of bank statements are needed? Is it 6 months?
2. Assume that I remove my spouse's name from the bank account, and I receive my invitation to apply next month then my latest statement (which will be received next month) will show only my name, but my previous 5 statements have my spouse's salary. Would that be a problem?

1. 3-6 months is enough.
2. Since you are married, there i no problem mentioning her name on your Bank certificate. Do remember, to get a consent from your wife about this money. that you can use it at your own will.
