I am in canada as visitor. i start inland spouse application then i need to show joint bank account as proof of living together with my wife. So, can i create bank account using my visitor visa and my country passport ?

You should be able to do that. Not all banks will allow it for visitors but I know in the past the Royal Bank has done it.
