I just want to know, do i have to keep the money in bank account for a while before I apply for study permit? or could I just show the immigration office that I have the money in my bank account which I am going to borrow from my dad?
Please, any answer could help.
I have the same question!
My parents will finance my education(including living and other expenses). On the CIC website it says that they require your bank statement of the last 4 months. I don't know if I will have to provide the parent's statements for the last 4 months or what. I think we also have to provide some kind of a letter from the parents for this. Not sure if birth certificate is necessary. I'd also like to know what happens if I transfer the tuition fees to the university before the visa application. Do I just show the living expenses then?
I think you just have to provide notarized affidavit of support from your parents and their bank statements/certificate.
