With This 5 years u can not apply for any form of Canadian visa. but for usa u can apply again but make sure that u have declared ur visa refusal in the form.
You were denied to enter the US as they share data with Canada and they found out you are banned. This was more than likely the reason you were refused.
Your only option at this time is to apply for a TRP if you want to enter Canada. TRPs are difficult to get and you must have a pressing reason to be in Canada. If you simply want to visit - you can expect the TRP to be refused.
